Architectural Tasks:  Proposals and fees for term contract and individual projects.  Building Inspection, Building Condition Reports, Cost Estimates,  Technical advisor to other SCA managers and team members.  Represent firm at client reviews.  Emergency response to client problems 365 days a year.  Production / Job Captain to plan, create, schedule, and produce bid set construction documents from design documentation including detailing, specifications, preliminary structural and MEP sizing and schematic set work.
