Growing a Home

This a cheap way to add on to a cottage and make a home, or Mc Mansion as so many love now a days.  A slab on grade garage / living area, with the cottage converted to sleeping quaters, and connected by a big old greenhouse.  Why?  A small cottage is cheap, has all the MEP connections you need done already, and you can use it while building out the rest.  Win - Win.
