Computer Users Manual

For use by staff to familiarize and remind themselves of rules governing use of computer system, as well as how to accomplish various tasks with thier computers.

This book had three purposes.

• The first was to provide a template used during new employee indoctrination to ensure all computer subjects, which included administrative / practice procedures for filing and document retention, would be reviewed.
• The second was to for staff to further familiarize and remind themselves of rules governing use of computer system.
• The third was as a set of instructions on how to accomplish common tasks on the computer system.  This was to limit time wasted reinventing the wheel AND to ensure a more uniform and consistent product produced by the office.
